For what purposes do we process your personal data?

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, informs users of the website that the data provided through this website via e-mails received, and which are considered personal data, will be incorporated into our information systems, in order to manage the service requested, answer your request and/or process your request.

The data requested are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary and under no circumstances are you obliged to provide them, but failure to provide them may affect the purpose of the service or the impossibility of providing it.

How long is your personal data kept? Your data will be kept in our information systems for as long as you do not ask us to delete them.

Can I withdraw my consent? You have the possibility and the right to withdraw consent for any specific purpose granted at the time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?
